What is Cauli?

Cauli is an AI meal planner for iPhone that runs your eating week. Tell it what your week looks like and it decides every meal, portioned to your calorie and protein target, and writes one grocery list sorted by store and aisle. When life changes, you tell Cauli and it re-plans the rest of the week.

Who is Cauli for?

Anyone with a body goal for whom food is the bottleneck: lifters who know their macros and are tired of deciding, beginners with a clear goal who don't yet know how to eat for it, busy professionals who want it handled, and people who meal prep. It is not a calorie logger or a recipe browser.

How is Cauli different from a calorie tracker like Cal AI or MyFitnessPal?

Trackers look backward: you scan or log what you already ate. Cauli looks forward: it decides what you'll eat this week so you hit your numbers, then you tap Ate it. Your numbers are accurate because the plan was built to them.

Does Cauli plan meal prep?

Yes. Every meal is a Cook, a Batch or a Leftover, chosen from the shape of your week. A Batch is cooked once and covers later meals, for example tonight, Tuesday lunch and Wednesday dinner. Busy nights get a Leftover or a store-bought meal that fits your numbers.

Does Cauli make a grocery list?

Yes. One list for the week, sorted by store and aisle, that always matches the plan. Change a meal and the list changes with it.

What goals does Cauli support?

Lose fat, build muscle, recomp or maintain. Cauli sets a daily calorie and protein target from your goal and pace, or you can set your own numbers.

Can I change the plan during the week?

Yes. Ask Cauli in plain words, like "Thursday's a late night" or "something other than chicken tonight". It proposes the change, shows how it affects your numbers and groceries, and you confirm it.

When does Cauli launch, and what does it cost?

Cauli is coming to iPhone first, in the US and in English. It will be a subscription with a free trial through the App Store; pricing is announced at launch. Join the waitlist for first access.

Is Cauli medical or dietary advice?

No. Cauli plans meals toward the targets you choose. It is not medical advice and doesn't treat any condition. If you have a medical condition or an eating disorder, talk to a qualified professional.
